        Extremely rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to help. Mail carrier, Mark, is incompetent and unfriendly. I will avoid this post office at all costs.

        The dysfunctional service at this Post Office is totally unacceptable. I sent an express mail to an

        east stroudsburg address and paid plenty for over night delivery. I sent it on Tuesday. It is Thursday night and the package has still not been delivered. The carrier didn;t even get out of the car but only left a notice in the mail box while two people were home. She didn;t even pull in the driveway and blow the horn. Her behavior is totally out of control and she should be fired. You can be sure that I will get my money back and I will be notifying every senator and member of congress in Pennsylvania and Washington as well as the Post Master General. Obviously the carrier doesn;t understand that an Express Mail item is important and the customer is paying to have it delivered OVER NIGHT not many days later. No wonder the Post Office is in trouble. They will be refunding me the fee. I am completely outraged. This site wanted me to give them a sart..unfortunately I was unable to give a negative, unacceptable behavior star.
