Stay far away from this company! They only have an A rating on the Better Business Bureau website because the "File a Complaint" link has not been working on their company's page. I've had a horrible experience with this company. I hired them to do mold remediation in my crawl space prior to settlement on our home. They said they finished the job and gave me a certification/warranty for the work. Thank goodness I had my brother-in-law check up on the house (we don't live at the residence) because the job was NOT finished. Settlement would have fallen through on the home. Additionally, they double charged my credit card for the work and kept telling me that there is only one lady who can fix the problem. After three days of calling them, they supposedly have credited the money back onto my card. I now have to confirm with my credit card company. What a headache! Don't trust this company!
