Easton Appliance Repair

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I scheduled an appointment with them and the day before they changed the time. I scrambled my schedule around to make the new appointment time and then - at the appointment time - they called and cancelled because there was a scheduling conflict. When I tried to reschedule they had ONE appointment available for the week. When I tried to speak to someone about the changes and cancellations they hung up on me, blocked my cell phone so I couldn't connect with them and then never answered another call. Absolutely the worst, rudest, most infuriating customer service experience I've EVER had.
