Victor Lopez is seriously the best around. We had a mechanical problem that occurred while he was fixing our suburban (completely unrelated to his work). He made a tough situation so much better by providing a tow, finding the part needed and seeing the work was completed, all without us having the headache! He has done work on our suburban 3 times due to accidents and hail damage. The last accident happened in Utah, but we waited to get it fixed because we knew Texas Custom was the best. Each time he works on our suburban, it looks brand new. He is honest and does impeccable work. Couldn't recommend this man more. He went above what was expected out of him. To whom it may concern: My name is Daniel Rodriguez. I recently took a 2010 Challenger SE (blue water pearl) and I must say I€™m very impressed with the service. I was hit by another driver, and the business was sure deal since they were cutting off a check and I had already filed the claim and needed someone to follow up. Anyhow, I went to two other shops and I was very skeptical of their service, and did not show interest for business since I had to be after them, to be after the insurance; so I would leave their shops. We all have busy lives. I€™m running two stores and is hard finding spare time to call insurances, stay on the phones etc, etc. Well I€™m very satisfied with how you guys arranged a rental with HERTZ and all I had to do is pick up the car (which by the way you guys arranged for them to give me ride€awesome job).
