The furniture is beautiful. The tables were too big and we asked them if we could exchange them with something in the store. They told us no. They were at our home so they wouldn't do that. They weren't put together or out of the box for more than two minutes. What kind of company doesn't let you exchange or return products??? do yourself a favor. don't go there.

This is the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a furniture store. Please beware of these people, spend your money somewhere else.

Never shop at Ashley's Furniture. They told me my sofa would be leather and have down feathers in the cushions. Sofa was not leather and cushions were filled with foam. They would not refund any money. Worst experience I have ever had. Don't trust them and shop somewhere else.

DECEPTIVE AND LIARS....PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM...just like the previous posting they are complete idiots and nasty. I order an all chocolate sectional but it was in sage on the floor. The sale representative ensured me that the sectional would be all chocolate. I finally got the call saying that the furniture was ready (it was on back order which was disclosed), so I donated the furniture that I had. The next day they call me and say that they only had the chaise portion of the sectional because they forgot the sofa at the warehouse (that would be on next weeks delivery). So trying to make this easy on my work schedule they agreed to deliver the furniture the next week and credit the delivery charge. The next week we got the furniture but they only delivered 3 of the cushions and the delivery guy tried to give us this orange pillow. I contacted the store and they TOLD us to decline the furniture then they called us back and said we would be charge 40% of the sectional cost for restocking. Long story short I became angry and the OWNER started calling me names and everyone in the store hung up the phone on me when I was just trying to resolve this. Everytime I call they give me a different answers to how to resolve this. They told me to come to the store and pick out a different set of furniture if I did not want the sectional that was delivered, when I got to the store they said that I no longer have the option. (all on video) But I have been billed for a sectional that I do not have and a store manager not willing to even speak with me. PLEASE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE AND DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE BECAUSE YOU WILL END UP WITH A BILL AND NO FURNITURE ALONG WITH WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF YOUR LIFE. Not to add the dresser that I order, the top drawer does not open.

I bought a living room and dining room there, just had it delivered. The guys came and brought it in and set it up for me all for $99 !!



I went to Raymour and Flanigan first and picked out some stuff, then went to the Ashley store and got what looks to me like the same selection for about 70% of the price.



If you want a deal, go to Ashley. They may not deliver in 3 days, but I was happy to wait an extra week or so to save almost $500 !! Thanks Ashley, I will be back.
