Would not recommend had to wait three hours to be seen,front desk staff was not friendly.WENT somewhere else and tested positive for the flu,was not even offered a mask at express care,will not go again

Will never go here again. Too expensive & they collect the money before you are seen or even know what they will do. Nurse was rude, talked about us thru paper thin door & I repeated back to her what I heard her say about us. Front desk can't lift their heads to look at you & doctor not personable. All personnel acts like they'd rather be somewhere else.

Our family has appreciated the quick attention and fine, professional care of Express Care on several occasions. My 17yr old daughter had an extremely infected throat. The doctor gave her prompt attention, antibiotcs and pain spray. On another occasion she received prompt help and concern for a possibly broken arm. Last year, a male doctor recommended a non-addictive and very well rounded plan of action including conservative, short term medicine for anxiety issues for another family member. Overall the speed and quality of services here including insurance coverage has been top notch. The staff is kid friendly and pleasantly helpful. I recommend this over my own doctor's office any day.

Called in to see if appts were taken and what types of insurance is accepted. Receptionist was very short and rude, and this was first thing in the morning! Will follow up later with comments from visit. One star given at this time.

Good place to go. Doctors and staff are friendly and for the most part are very quick getting you in. Sometimes it takes a little bit, but its still better than waiting in your doctors office when you know it's just a cold you need treated for.

I took my daughter there when she had strep throat. They gave her the strep test and checked for other illnesses. They prescribed antibiotics and had us in and out of there in less than an hour. That's fast for an urgent care facility. It was clean, and the staff was friendly. There is even a kid's area in the waiting room so they can watch cartoons.

This place is a joke, when I took my husband there for a severe headache, the doctor came in and was yawning, didn't touch him or examine him at all, and said we had to go to the emergency room of the hospital, they took my money first though, Then it ended up costing me an emergency fee plus them
