The customer service is none existent, after waiting in line at the customer service desk only to be told now but I need to wait in line at a register that wasn't open when I first stood in line! She was unapologetic, so I just left my items. For a store that is hurting in business you would think they would bend over backwards for their customers. Darn it I really wanted that hair clip but I refuse to be treated like I am bothering them!
