Chappell Hearing Care Centers

This is a very different hearing facility. The staff looks you in the eye and seems to care. The hearing aid specialist is more knowledgeable and thorough than any I seen. Their prices are guaranteed lowest, and they helped me get a free phone through the state of Texas. They even gave me a free hearing test! I recommend you try this place for yourself!

Kurt Chappell is very responsive and willing to spend a lot of time with clients. However, I was not impressed with his receptionist, who frequently did not call me about receiving my hearing aid equipment or answers to other questions. She also held onto my Texas state rebate on my hearing aid equipment for about a month after saying she would mail me a check. After complaining to another office member, I finally was able to pick up my check.

I love the Chappells. For years I had my aids from that "Big Box" hearing aid store. they never fit and bothered my ears so I found myself leaving them out more often than in. My wife kept after me to get them fixed. Then I saw Chappell Hearing Care Center and stopped in. I was very impressed with the speed of getting my appointment, and the difference inthe way my ears feel (I dont even know they are there) and my hearing, is amazing.
