I went to Willow Urgent Care to be seen for a possible UTI. I was told by a nurse practitioner that I did not have a UTI but that my symptoms were being caused by "out of control diabetes". (I was formerly pre-diabetic, but have had blood sugar levels in the normal range for over a year.) After being examined elsewhere, it turned out that I DID have a UTI, along with a normal blood sugar level. Be cautious about using this facility.

This doctor is a joke doesn't know how to cure an illness. Only wants your money. Can't even call in a perception or fax one shame full he's called a doctor

Beware if you need to come here. I took my son into this Urgent care because he had an ear infection. When I got there, I handed both of my insurance cards to the lady at the front desk. She looked at both cards and merely said, "we don't take either of these." One of my insurances is Blue Shield of CA, but "because it was an HMO from another area" (Bakersfield), they wouldn't take it. In an effort to get my son treated, I paid the $81 visit fee in full and was told (by the lady up front) I could submit the claim myself to Blue Shield for reimbursement. The facility itself was okay (I've been in cleaner ones, but, whatever) and everything seemed to be fine; HOWEVER, when I was given a prescription, the pharmacist wouldn't fill it and had to have the facility fix it because it was a Z-pack for a 4 year-old child....Not okay. I questioned it, but figured a medical doctor (Dr. Hanson) was fully capable and knew what he was prescribing....apparently NOT. Prescription was fixed and my son's ear infection eventually healed. THEN, I got the Explanation of Benefits from Blue Shield who said this Urgent Care IS a contracted provider and I should have only paid a $20 co-pay. What's more is they were paid by Blue Shield too. I called the facility and spoke to Robyn who said they never received Blue Shield's payment, I signed a Fee for Service agreement (like I had a choice if I wanted to help my son), and my issue was with Blue Shield. I called Blue Shield, who contacted Robyn. Robyn told the rep that I never gave them my insurance card (a BLATANT Lie) and they were not going to reimburse me. The rep instructed her they were to reimburse Blue Shield the payment. Have they yet? I don't know. All I know is what seemed like it should have been an simple Urgent Care visit for my child has turned into a mess. I wrote them a letter through both their online form and sent it by US Mail, but apparently they don't care to rectify this situation, much less address it.

I came here after a horrible experience ad the 24/7 clinic on Fresno Street and found my new doctor. Dr. Hanson was knowledgeable and direct. The pricing was fair, and I was treated with little delay. Highly recommend, and when sick again I will definately return.

Dr. Hansen is as unprofessional as they come. I would not reccomend this facility at any cost. If I was dying, I would take my chances before I attended his facility. Unhappy with overall experience. On the outside very friendly, but only out for himself:(
