We pride ourselves on customer service and quality services as all of our referrals are from word-of-mouth and previous customers. We take this allegation seriously, especially the level at which has been implied here. good company they clean and restore the content of my house i couldn't be more happy!!!!

We had a fire in our home and the insurance company sent out one of their "preferred vendors". After having what looked like illegals tromping through our home and not caring about our home, we kicked them out and called everyone we know for advice. After much stress and many calls our contractor referred us to a company called Amrestore! Our prayers were answered upon their arrival. They were professional, courteous and kind. Items were inventoried, boxed, wrapped and carefully moved out of our home. Even the totally damaged stuff was inventoried and removed to trash for proper reimbursement from the insurance company. Everything was cleared so our contractor could start his work immediately. It made a traumatic experience so much easier to handle!!! They were our angels that saved us from disaster! Everything has since been returned...looking better than before the fire. They let us look through the non-cleanable items to make sure there was nothing sentimental included. They were very accomodating and you could tell they cared about what they were doing. When we were meeting with them, they greeted us with kindness and while we were at their place, we noticed all of the degrees on the wall. I think everyone was degreed with art or an electronics degree or something. The whole wall was covered!!! I was put more at ease knowing these folks are pros and from beginning to end they made our life easier and we are blesssed to have found them.
