The Kennels

This has been the best place in the immediate area I could find for not only boarding but also grooming. I am admittedly over protective of my pet so I asked to tour the facility in advance and was given a tour of the boarding area, grooming area, bathing area and even the cattery although I dont have a cat. I was very impressed. They offered great standard care but I tend to spoil my pet so I asked that they also take him for walks down by their lake as he is used to having walks along the river behind our house I knew it would make him feel more at home!!!



That first time we did not do grooming but I brought him back seperately for grooming about a month later. I was VERY happy as I have had nothing but bad experiences with other groomers who typically only knew how to take clippers to him (I could have done that myself!) so to see him trimmed by professionals was a very nice change.



Overall I would say they got an A+ in my book. The staff were kind and very knowledgable, the property was breathtaking, the facility was far superior to the others I toured and most importantly he has seemed very happy with his stay and seems to like the women who checked him in very much. If he is happy, Im happy!

I'd never leave my dog anywhere else
