Top Dog Obedience

Excellent training. Will recommend for sure. I took my dog through both the beginning and intermediate..he has come a long way with their help and support.

I went to Top Dog because I wanted to work with a trainer who likes Cesar Millan and uses his philosophy when working with dogs. My dog was a 4 month old puppy when I started training her. She was timid and very sweet. The training I did with her at Top Dog, including doing agility turned her into a confident, happy, well-balanced dog. I found out I had been babying her too much which fed into her insecurities. I followed JoAnn's suggestions and learned to read what my dog needs from me. Training her without treats has taught her to focus on me and me on her. Pretty much every time I take her out in public, I get compliments on how well-behaved she is. Different people have different ideas about dog training. I wanted to give my dog what she needed by being her pack leader. JoAnn taught me how to do that.
