A Better Plumber LLC

The guy seems nice, but doesnt every business man? He gave me a quote that was 4xs any other plumber in the area. I actually got fed up and decided to do it myself because it seemed fishy that he could do the work so quickly while everyone else was booked. My main drain line caved in, which backed up all drainage from the home. A few small calculations, rented machine and determination, the problem was fixed merely hours later... He looked at other fixtures in the house not involving the problem and gave me a quote on his fancy Ipad as if he was going to give me a discount deal. He quoted me 5,000$ and the actual cost for the machine and piping repair was roughly 600$ If you are a senior or need help, I will render my services for free. This guy is a clown

Outstanding customer service attributes... Makes sure the job is done correctly before departing the resident. Called me several times with follow-up questions about how the new holding tank and well pump was operating. Did follow up visits to my resident to ensure there were no problems. Strongly recommend this contractor for any plumbing job no matter how large or complicated...

if you want a better plumber then call these guys. if you want cheap then don't bother. they use better materials and know what they are doing. you need a quality plumber to do any work in your home. makes no sense not to spend more. they are the best. i am one satisfied customer. i highly recommend them

i was referred to your company by a co worker and was not disappointed. came out and assessed the problem that i had called about. turns out i didn't need a plumber, i really needed an electrician but i didn't know that but these wonderful guys fixed my problem for me anyway. i will be using them again to remodel my 2 bathrooms. i don't mind paying for honesty and that's what they are. honest!

i really enjoy this company. great staff that talks to you. work quick and explain everything before doing the work. i have had plumbers from a lot of the local companies as well as the bigger and no one is better than A BETTER PLUMBER. the name says it all. you would be crazy not to work with these guys. they fixed all my problems using quality materials and fixtures. cheap is not good. there materials last and they know what they are doing. some of these companies do horrible work and is against plumbing code but not these guys. i sleep better at night knowing my house is safe because of the quality work they do. not out to get your money. they truly are better and i will use again and again. thank you a better plumber for a job well done

OMG!!!! these guys are life savers. honestly. called other companies in the areas, no response or could not fix my problem. called this company and they came right out in the evening which was awesome since i didn't want to miss work sitting and waiting for nothing, wasn't charged an after hours fee since i called in the morning. diagnosed the problem and fixed it no problem. the lady that answered the phone was very friendly, i forgot why i called in the first place,, we are meeting for coffee this week. that's how friendly they are. i will always use this company. cheaper is NOT better but A BETTER PLUMBER is BETTER ;)

very affordable prices. no pushy salesmen. plumber comes out and does what is necessary for the job. i highly recommend them - they are fantastic .

I thought st mary's county didn't have any good plumbers until i called this one. they are the best. 5 stars don't do them justice. i called at 4 pm on a friday night and john came out and saved the day. i had water pouring out from under my kitchen sink and he fixed problem in no time at all. also had a new toilet installed. i had called another company for price and it would have been $900. but i paid no where near that. thank GOD for these folks.

Can't get any BETTER than A BETTER PLUMBER! the name says it all. don't trust anyone else. These guys are honest and clean looking. i wasn't afraid to let them in my home. great prices for quality work.

I highly recommend A BETTER PLUMBER to anyone in need of a plumber. As a single mother of 5 children I don't have a lot of extra money and most companies try to take advantage of you but not there. They are reasonably priced and honest. Friendly staff that actually talks to you like you matter and not out to get your money. Call them and you won't be disappointed.

Plumber explained everything before being repairs. Installed a new water for me And a new kitchen sink. Was told by office staff plumber would calk 30 minutes prior to arriving and he did but got caught in traffic due to an accident so had to wait over 2 hours for him to arrive , he had called several times to let me know where he was which was great instead of sitting and wondering if he had forgotten about me. Honest company. My husband was very impressed with the quality of service and the total price. I have told co workers and church members about them so if you any type of plumbing or air conditioning work done you should call now to schedule an appointment they I have a feeling they will be getting very busy soon. Awesome awesome awesome company! Prices are wonderful and staff is great. They do everything! Even swimming pool electricity. I don't think there is nothing they can't do. Definitely will use again and again
