Clean cars fast friendly service grate drivers and grate coustmer service .they always get to to fast with grate conversation I take them all the time and they don't charge bc it snows or extra ppl and a grate far rate way way beatter then victory cab and abc taxi & we got ya I enjoy the ride thanks montiville taxi for getting me to work on time

I would like to know why it is not mandatory for taxi drivers to wear bluetooth devices. I got to witness one of their "drivers" tonite on 22. All over the road, swerving in to my lane going 20 mph under the posted speed limit .. why you ask? Texting!!! This idiot could have caused a serious accident. It's all on dash cam so I suggest the owner do something about it!! White van, red cell phone. If he comes to pick you up, I would NOT get in that car!

Just went shopping called montville when done at4:33pm.Dispatcher a few minutes mam.Waited til 5pm called back its going to be another 10 minutes! 5:15 here he comes 45 minutes of waiting! Now keep in mind the cab company is 2 miles from Havre de Grace savealot! This is not the first time usually I get pissed off and walk home but had too many bags this time. If someone came to Havre de grace and started another cab company and was halfway prompt they would put this place out of buisness!2 cab drivers in the middle of the afternoon what a joke! Maybe they get paid by how long the customers have to wait,course if this were true I'm sure they would have more cabbies on a Thursday afternoon!

How this organization has stayed in business WOULD be a complete mystery, but I did a little investigation and there are only two taxi services that run in this general area, the other being ABC Taxi.

ABC is usually booked heavily and takes longer to arrive, and that is also no mystery: ABC Taxi is the better of the two and montville is so terrible that they offload all their business onto ABC unintentionally.

Now onto the actual review: The dispatchers are horrible. In particular, the woman who usually answers the phone is rude, abrupt, does not give arrival estimates, will hang up on you after she feels the conversation is over with no goodbye, and will outright hang up on you in the middle of a sentence if you're frustrated with how you are being treated.

As for the cabbies, they are usually strung out, their cars smell of cigarettes, they speak about inappropriate things, one even hit on me and my girlfriend very overtly.

The worst it all, however, is what you will see in other reviews: They won't show up, and will deny it if called back about it. They'll say "he was already there, no one came outside" when the person was standing outside the entire time. They'll say "we were waiting in back" when you live on a street corner, and were watching both streets. If you flat out TELL them that you were waiting and watching, they'll repeat themselves: "they were already there no one came out". They don't honk on arrival, either, so you damn sure better be out there when they get there, IF they get there. And don't call them to get to your job- they'll be late. If necessary, have them take you an hour early, so they can bullshit you for an hour before arriving.


Montville Taxi owner, if you're reading this review, get rid of all of your dispatchers and hire new ones. It's the only way to save your business from being a 1-star embarrassment that serves little purpose other than to feed business to your competitor.

I Wonder how many people lost their jobs after trying to use montville??? Dispatcher said, oh, the cab already came 10 minutes ago in the back...I said imy standing here in the front and you have to pass me to get to the back, no cab ever came....then she goes oh, well ill send one after I do my runs... this was at 7 for me to be to work at 8. It's 855 and still no cab....Richards company is like his family..... worthless....what did u expect after franny???

I agree Montville Taxi is awful and they violated our ADA rights by telling us to get rid of our service dog who is well behaved on car rides. Cabbie dispatched is a lowlife who wanted to fight us and kept us captive in the cab. Was mean to deaf patrons and we are hurt and outraged. Montville Taxi is terrible business hope it goes out of business for their horrific customer service!

Worst cab company. Dispatcher is a lier and will literally argue and hang up on you. I have a set time every morning I'm picked up well this morning nonoe shows and no one is answering the phones. Do you think they'd have the decency to call and let you know what is going on... I hate dealing with these ppl CANNOT WAIT TO GET MY CAR ON THE ROAD! !!! This is the second time this week that i have to go to work late because of this cab company. I called over an hour ago, I'm 30+ minutes late for work and still waiting for a cab. The dispatcher lied and said a cab came and i wasnt here, i was watching from my door the whole time and no one came.

The dispatcher will straight up lie to you. "He'll be there in 10 minutes" an hour later I call back and I get "he'll be there in 20 minutes"... I ended up illegally hitchhiking across the hatem bridge, because I got tired of being lied to. Terrible cab company, if you have any other option, take it!
