Security Public Storage- Hayward

The people at the front desk are nice, helpful, and informative to questions. Luckily they have a bathroom if you need one. The only downside is they require a specific type of lock for storage units. An upside is 6mo. half price and a 10 grace period.

We feel secure and safe with our personal belongings here at this storage.

I had a house fire and needed storage that day, Aubrey understood my situation and really helped me out, even loaned me a padlock until I could get my own. If you need storage definitely call this place.

Very clean and secure facility. The staff is helpful and courteous and the unit itself is secure and accessible. The drive-up access to all units or unit hallways is ideal.

Overall it’s a cool place to rent a storage unit from, just make sure to be out the gate before 8 . During the summer it gets real hot in these units so dress accordingly. Also when calling in regards to any question , make sure you talk to the huntwood office directly.

All I need and up to speed. RESPECT THEE EMPLOYEES. VERY HUMBLE PEOPLE. Know worries here.. FYI DONT GET STUCK PASS 8pm smh trust???? U will be ok but not on them. BE ON TIME LEAVE ON TIME. maaan what can you say thehy are holding your personal ish. RESPECT

Where do I even start?!Words could not explain or put it into detail enough.I’ve been with this storage since 2010.My intention wasn’t to have the facility for long, but ended up being so.I couldn’t even begin to rate how amazing they have been all these years.The facilty has always been well kept.Chantal and Richard are hands down the best.They’re great on following up and responding in a timely manner to emails or calls.Quick and efficient when it comes to handling their business.And the customer service has always been exceptional.I’ve never had any issues with damage or loss, even when they had to change the doors through the facility.And even throughout the years of having situations come up or a hardship situation especially since Covid, they have been undeniably accommodating and awesome and I could never be more thankful for them! Chantal definitely goes above and beyond her job description, she is amazing!And I couldn’t ask for a better or safer place to store my personal belongings all these years at ease.Thank you so much for being so awesome!
