The food was very good. Unfortunately, I could not overlook the poor service and will not be returning to this establishment. On my first visit, I ordered two juices - one was made with ginger and the other kale and apple. The kale and apple juice arrived at the table and was tasty. The second didnt arrive until a different table first received it, realized they hadnt ordered it, and it was then brought to my table. (Im glad I saw the whole thing happen and knew the other party did not take a sip of it, because it was not re-made before being brought to my table.) Upon my first sip of my juice with ginger, I nearly choked. For those of you who are familiar with ginger, it can be extremely spicy if too much is used. My throat was burning. It was completely undrinkable. I brought it to the counter and ordered a different juice explaining the problem with the first one. They offered to re-make that juice for free, but in fear of a repeat occurence, I asked for a different juice (carrot and apple). They charged me full price for the new juice.... When my food came, they forgot a part of my order (salmon filet) and brought one of my dishes with the wrong dressing. However, the food was very good. I ordered "Vegan Zucchini" which was heavy but tasty. Another thing, I am not one to judge people. However, one of the employees at this restaurant was overweight, and she was walking around the restaurant in tight jeans and a tight camisole spaghetti-strap tanktop. I do not feel this is appropriate or appetizing in the food business. Or any workplace for that matter. I told myself I wouldnt return due to the poor service. Against my better judgement, a few weeks later, I returned again to just get juice. I ordered two simple juices- kale and apple, and carrot and apple. After waiting 10 minutes (there were only 2 other people in the restaurant), they began making the juices. I watched them make the kale and apple juice. They only used the stalks of the kale! No leaves! I drink juice for the nutritional value it holds. Everyone who knows nuntrition knows the green leafy part carries the majority of the nutrition. When I confronted the manager with this issue, all he had to say about it was "yes. we get it wholesale from Costco." ....How does that justify only using kale STALKS!? Anyway, I did not waste my time waiting for the second juice or explaining nutrition to the manager. I asked for a full refund, and left. I PROMISE I will not be returning to this place. It is a shame their service is so horrible.
