Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

for 2 years in a row they have messed up my birthday cake order. one mistake i can understand. this time i called them and they had me take my cake off the table to bring it in and replace. ok, so far. then they tell my wife they cant get another one till the next day. when she gets home i immediately call them to ask them if they would do something for the guest at my b-day party. i got a big "NO" then was told he had to hang up on my to run a credit card. birthdays only come once a year and its not a regular practice to reinvite guest for cake, that im aware of. so according to management, who i made well aware of the situation, they feel like it is just fine for them to make a mistake like this and do nothing to attemp to correct the mistake they made.
