I really liked the dispatch service. They took time to explain about how much the fare would cost and after I got dropped off, Darrell brought me back my phone! Thank you.

The people, specifically the dispatchers of this company, are extremely cold and nasty! I have tried to use this service at lease four times, two of those times, I have had to cancel my scheduled rides because of their taking more than 30 minutes me, at a local address. And, calling after that 30 minute wait to have a dispatcher be extremely nasty was just too much each time. So, I will never use this service again.

The cabs are dirty and nasty. The drivers are nasty. When you call to get a cab the person who answer the phone is ghetto. A hot mess

Arranged on the day prior to flight for an early morning ride to the airport. I called half an hour before the pick up time and the dispatcher sounded like I woke her. She assured me the cab would be there. At 15 minutes past due I called again and was told that she called all the drivers but no one was picking up!! NO TAXI!!

Do not use this company. I had trouble with a taxi service before and could not remember which it was. Now I remember only too well.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE, UNAPOLOGETIC AND UNRELIABLE. I WAS GIVEN THEIR NUMBER BY THE HOTEL I WAS STAYING THIS PAST WEEKEND WHILE IN TOWN FOR MY SON'S GRADUATION. FIRST THE DRIVER SHOWED UP 15 mins LATE EVEN THOUGH THE RESERVATION WAS MADE FROM OVERNIGHT THEN UPON QUERYING HIS LATENESS HE REFUSED TO TAKE ME TO MY DESTINATION. I HAD TO CALL FOR ANOTHER CAB RESULTING IN ME BEING 1/2hr LATE AND MISSING MY SON'S PROCESSION!



I THEN ARRANGED FOR A CAB TO TAKE ME TO THE TRAIN STATION FROM OVERNIGHT AND TO DATE A CAB HAS NOT SHOWN UP AND NOONE HAS CALLED TO SAY OTHERWISE. WHEN I CALLED TO QUERY THE OPERATOR HUNG UP IN MY EAR AND PROCEEDED TO TELL ME SHE DOESNT KNOW WHEN A CAB WILL ARRIVE! AFTER CALLING BACK I WAS IMMEDIATELY PLACED ON HOLD AND DISCONNECTED WHICH HAPPENED 4x. I HAD TO THEN FIND ANOTHER CAB COMPANY TO COMPLETE MY JOURNEY....!! NEEDLESS TO SAY I WAS FURIOUS! As I said in the beginning....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They DO NOT deserve any stars!

Horrible service always late very disrespectful drivers

This is the worst cab company

The taxi does not state what cab they are from. The guy on the phone kept hanging up. They are more then a hour late and I am still waiting. When the taxi calls again he is not repeating himself and just hangs up. This is the worst cab experience ever.

Its Horrible. Every Time you confirm a pickup they will tell you 20min then it will turn out to be 45 min.. And it like there Meters are Rigged. i used another cab company going the same route. And it was a whole lot cheaper.. Ive tried this company three times And every time i went through the same thing.. This is the worst cab company in this area. If i were to suggest a cab company. i would chose Columbia Cab.. Much cheaper and there always on time... if i could give this Business a Grade it would Be F+

I have only lived in Elkridge for 3 months and after using other cab services I found this one. They are very freindly drivers, they are always on time. When i was looking for a good place to eat at they could recommend one and it was excellent. They have earned my business and I will only use them from now on.
