I feel Dr, Cupp is an excellent vet and if you want to attach an additional charge as far as rating would you put a value on a child's life? Most of us think of our pets as our children and for the type of care and compassion he gives I do not assess a price on it. I appreciate him very much.

Dr. Cupp is a great vet with a passion for animals. It is a little disheartening to be charged for exams multiple times when a certain medicine doesn't take care of the issue. Spent almost $100 on just the exams when my dog was sick.

Dr. Cupp knows what he is doing and has a passion for taking care of animals. I can almost always schedule a day-of appointment. If I have any questions before coming in, his staff always has an answer. I've been friends with one of the vet techs since kindergarten, and he's very knowledgeable on most cases, so I usually know what to expect before coming in. They work with you on money situations and make it possible to take care of your loved furry friends no matter what.

Great caring staff and Dr. Cupp is excellent. Could not ask for a better DVM to care for my pets.

Dosent beat around the bush but is very compassionate. several experiences with him. would really reccomend.

I've known Dr. Cupp for well over 25 years. I've seen this man pretty much do magic with animals and he has that special touch. He cares as much about my pets as I do. We had to put down a 21 year old Cocker without much notice. He had the office cleared of others and assured us we had made the right decision. It took only a few minutes. Dr. Cupp truly cares more about the animals than making money. He is the only vet that would take in and care for a stray without charging us for the care. He was more concerned of the animals suffering then making money.

I have nothing but good things to say about the Animal Clinic of New Mark, Dr. Cupp and his staff. We live close by and when we found a stray cat that we planned on adopting, Dr. Cupp and his staff gave us an appointment on extremely short notice. They helped us out again when we found another stray kitty near our home that was in need of a home. They were able to get in contact with an organization that fosters animals and hopefully today this cat has a better life. In a world where service is often satisfactory and more often unsatisfactory, the Animal Clinic of Newmark stands out as one of the notable exceptions for excellent service, good quality, and compassionate care.
