Real Property Management Kansas City

The worse real property company ever very unprofessional manners and staff I am a property owner who has work with them for 2 years, has lost so much money and time with these people from management to staff.

This Company is not a TRUSTWORTHY Real property management company.

No invoice for home repair no phone call no wright answer .

They have charged me for two new stove in one year with no explanation why.

After tent has left and they paid them the pet deposit and security deposit they wanted me to pay for all the repairs that were done to the house by tent DOG STAIN ON THE CARPET ,DAMAGES and so on .

They sent me an email that they have tried hard to rent the property they have decided to terminated the contract because I did not want to pay for the mistake and repairs .

I signed up with different company found out that my house was rubbed and everything was stolen all the appliances were taken out god know by whom . So please BE CAREFULL with company I cannot even give the rating wish I could give the REDFLAG . but I give the 00000.DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY .

Slum lords. Forget about getting anything fixed once you move in. Properties look nice on the outside and seem to be doing well for a week or so until the bandaids they put on problems starts to come off. Unprofessional to say the least. Leasing agents that don't know one end of the lease from the other. Look elsewhere and save yourself the headache. They didn't always go by Real Property. They had so many complaints and lawsuits they ended up changing their name to Real Property. Should be called Real Garbage because that's what they rent. Garbage.

This company is consists of the most unprofessional & inexperienced people I've ever met at a business. The "Leasing Agent" was uncertain on how to sign a lease, what it should consists of and detailed information concerning the property. You can call, leave messages & email the until your head pops off & THEY DO NOT answer or return calls or emails. Im fed up with this company after only a couple of weeks. All owners need to research the success & professionalism of a company before allowing them to manage it. THEY ARE GARBAGE!!!!
