went in at 8 am to get a notary service done and the manager that is the notary is only there sometimes ....came back at 12:00 and was told she would not even come to the front to do it .....why advertise it ...if it's so hard to do . LOST THIS CUSTOMER

6/20/2014 NEVER go to this store. Said it was now policy to show TWO forms of ID to pick up my pkg from QVC. He then wanted me to sign a 2-page agreement of tiny writing. I refused to sign it. He stated that it must be signed to "ensure that I do not have packages with hazardous materials inside." I replied, I'm the RECIPENT, NOT the sender--that would fall on the person SHIPPING the package. He did not ask the other 2 customers, who were shipping packages (of hazardous materials??) to sign the agreemt OR show 2 forms of ID with gov't or State header on it. Then he argued that HE didn't say gov't/State, that it was the OTHER employee, that he just needed a 2nd doc w/ my address on it--always doubletalk. Yet the Post Office & UPS itself doesn't require TWO forms of ID. My bank later said DO NOT show them my passport, car insur card or car title registration. Then he said since I wouldn't sign it, I would not be allow to get my pkgs there. And I paid $5 for this abuse.
