Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have always had great service with enterprise never anything bad or have anything go wrong for me. With the last minute change of my reservation I wasn't able to get the car requested but got the next size up for the same price which I was very pleased with. The rep that helped me picking up was excellent and the man who was there to check me out at drop off was excellent! I recommend this company anytime someone needs to rent a car and this location. I will be using them again very soon.

This location was great! The rental company as a whole was very professional and extremely helpful! I will use enterprise every time from here on out!!!!

I have used this location since I have moved to TN. In general I have had high satisfaction with the company since I rented vehicles in FL, RI & TN from Enterprise. My most recent visit however was a little sketchy. First, I was not able to get the car I requested, second, I had to switch the vehicle in FL because it was malfunctioning. The next vehicle that was given to me had a malfunctioning A/C and I had to switch that vehicle as well. I was compensated for my troubles and I will say Tim, my service attendant acted cordially & professionally. Enterprise cannot be responsible for malfunctioning cars, but they should try to give the customer the car requested especially if it is a timely reservation. One difficult experience will not deter me from continuing to do business with Enterprise and I would recommend them highly.
