man everything went very good on my visit to lance Cunningham, john was awesome and steve did an awesome job as well with the finance part. so when im ready to buy another vehicle ill be back.

You know, most everything went very well with the entire purchase except for one thing, when the deal had been made and we took possession of the car we only got one key, one key.We were told that it only came with one key. That's a little stupid don't you think. When we came back to the dealership we were informed that it should have had Two Keys and one was misplaced. I think Two would be correct. They could not find the other key and could not make one, so we have to wait until the dealer can get one. That is annoying to say the least. What do you think ?

I went to look at new trucks because I like Lance Cunningham ford from previous purchase. I was happy with the service and will not buy any where else the only reason I did not buy was becaue I could not get payments where I wanted them.

Yesterday we were helping my sister-in-law who is 19 years old find a good used vehicle in her price range. We were helped by sales consultant Lee Hersha. His assistance and knowledge of our car buying needs were a great help. She was able to purchase a 2010 Ford Edge in a price range that she was able to afford. With Lee's help our overall experience was very comfortable. We would recommend Lance Cunningham Ford to all of our friends and family.

Extremely fast and hassle free. Lee was awesome to work with. I spent a total of probably an hour and a half at the dealership and was extremely pleased wit the service.

Don't buy here.

Don't buy a car from here. I bought a car from them less than 2 WEEKS AGO and already the transmission needs to be repaired. I have taken it in twice, once four days later and again a week after that. No wonder the loan officer kept saying "Buy the warranty--that is an expensive transmission." Of course they aren't going to repair it. But they certainly felt ok letting me, a 6 month pregnant soon-to-be single mom, drive off in it. They are ok with the fact that I will be strapping my newborn baby into a car with known problems. Personally, I wouldn't be able to look at myself in the mirror...

sales associates are rude and ...

sales associates are rude and unwilling to listen to the individual customers needs. the associates i encountered were extremely pushy and would not accept the fact that i was only on the lot to look not to buy. after test driving one car that i liked, (i wasn't too crazy about it and i certainly didn't intend on purchasing it) i found myself sitting in the office for what seemed like an eternity while they were crunching numbers. needless to say they would not accept a reasonable amount that i wanted for my trade in and offered half of the blue book value on my car not to mention a ridiculous price on the 4 year old car with high milage that they were pushing me into. after the laughable offer i was shown cars that narrowly escaped the junkyard. these cars were hidden out of sight from the better inventory. bottom line is lance cunningham does not care about the consumer but rather turning as much of a profit as possible. so if you're ever in the area avoid lance cunningham but make a trip across the street to burgin dodge. these guys will go out of their way to make sure you leave their lot happy.
