Copper River Fish & Chop House

The absolute best fine dining establishment in the south metro. The service from the moment you step into the restaurant until you walk out the door is impeccable. The entire staff goes out of their way to ensure you have the best experience possible while there. The food was exceptional and the staff was very experienced and helpful when it came to recommending entrees or wine pairings. We were in on a Sunday and were informed by our server that Sundays and Mondays they offer half priced bottles of wine! On Tuesdays they offer $1 oysters, so I came back two days later and enjoyed a beer and a couple dozen oysters in the bar. They were fantastic! I have been to many fine dining establishments and you will not find a restaurant of this caliber anywhere south of the river. If you're looking for truly memorable dining experience or just want to enjoy a cocktail and some appetizers in the bar you owe it to yourself to give Copper a try.
