I can't say enough about the service I have received. Megan and Stephanie in the service department are the absolute best. I'm not sure what others have had happen to them but these two ladies have been nothing but professional with me. Taylor, Steve, and Chris in the retail area are a load of information and not pushy in the least. They've helped me every time I've come in. Jim, in sales, is the one who started my experience with Camping World. Can't say enough about the service I have received from him. I'm sorry to hear all the negative comments from others but I have received nothing but the most professional service from the entire staff!

Had tires put on. Paid for it ahead of time along with other work. When I picked it up , wound up paying more for work I had already paid for . Will not be going back there. What a shame and I am an Elite member

CAMPING WORLD STOLE MY MONEY!! DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING SERVICED HERE!

Dropped my camper and truck off for an estimate on work I wanted done last Friday morning. Was told they would call me Monday and go over the estimate... which they did not. Called them Tuesday and they said they were waiting on pricing for parts and would call me the next day... which they didn t. Called back Thursday and could not get in touch with anyone that had a clue. Called again the next day and was told they would have the estimate the next day.

Drove to the store only to find nothing was done. I tod them I just wanted my truck back and they refused to move a camper blocking it in unless I gave them a credit card number for the estimate... THEY NEVER DID. Had to pay $71 cash(didn t trust them with my credit card) for them to allow me to leave. AVOID AT ALL COST!!
