Fantastic Service, so honest I have no idea how they are in business. I take both of my cars there

Unbelievably poor service. I was given my invoice, which I paid in full on site. I then later budgeted my finances accordingly, and spent my leftover money on other things that needed attention. Only for them to come back to me a few days later and tell me they billed me wrong and I owe them an additional amount more than DOUBLE what the original bill was, on top of what I already paid. This after I already spent that money thinking I paid in full. I am FURIOUS!!! Who knows if this will even be the final bill. I didn't even get an apology, just here, pay this too.

Hauck's Garage saved the day when my mother and I were travelling in the Lansdale area recently. We needed our vehicle looked at quickly and Hauck's was able to work us into their busy busy schedule. They thoroughly checked the car, determined it was safe and sent us on our way, no charge for their time or expertise!

My daughter and I heard a strange squeaking noise coming from the front end of our car on a genealogy research trip to the Philadelphia area from Pittsburgh. Cannot say enough how lucky we were to find Hauck's Garage. They worked us in even though they did not really have an opening. Took a look at the car and determined it was not a serious concern and the car was safe to drive. Said no repairs were needed! Did not even charge us for their time to look at the car. VERY HONEST. Would highly recommend them for their integrity, honesty and friendliness. Good people. Wish they were in my town!
