BDR Glass THE GLASSMAN

When I called to get a quote on my windshield to be replaced the young lady that answered the phone was nice as can be and made sure I got the correct one. They came to me the next day while I was working, got it taken care of and I didnt have the hassel of going somewhere to get it done. They did an amazing job and it didn't cost an arm and a leg to get it done. If I ever need anymore glass work done I will definitely be calling BDR Glass.

Customer service was great until I noticed air seeping in through the windshield they replaced. Rachel scheduled an appointment for the technicians to come fix the issue. They didn't show & won't return my calls. ����



I should've stuck with Safelite. Never had an issue with them. Lesson learned.

Professional, efficient, and affordable: BDR Glass came to my house to replace my windshield. From start to finish it only took about 30 minutes. They charged a reasonable $189 compared to the $350 quote I got from a larger chain company. The technicians, Blake and Josh were efficient but also focused on each step of the process. Highly recommend to anyone who needs to replace their windshield. If I ever have to again (hopefully not though) I will definitely be giving them a call. I've been using BDR Glass for years to take care of all my families personal vehicles and my business vehicles (Duke's Refrigerarion). They have replaced countless windshields for friends and family and never once has their been any issue. Second to none craftsmanship and customer service. $1400 for a rear view mirror?? Does it operate the transmission too?

Work was good. Only problem they broke my rearview mirror wrote on the receipt they would replace it. After finding out how much it was $1400 they will not answer the phone or return my phone call. Instead they offered me a free windshield valued at $225. I will pay for the windshield but they need to pay for the $1400 mirror they broke. Do not recommend

I recommend the Glassman and his wife. They are very friendly and service was the best. They came to our house and repaired our windshield same day that we called them.

I'm new to the area. Had a friend recommend BDR Glass aka The Glassman. I contacted the owner last week at 9am... My windshield was replaced by 7pm that night. How's that for service!!! Both husband and wife were very friendly. They came out to my home and took care of my windshield. Service was excellent and cost was a little cheaper than other business's that couldn't replace my windshield for several days. If you need windshield call BDR Glass!!

Awesome Glass Company!!! BDR Glass has taken care of several vehicles for me over the last few years in a timely manner. I have never had any issues with any of the repairs. I called them up on a Friday morning after I cracked my windshield all the way across... and Friday afternoon it was fixed! They were able to fit me in last minute due to the nature of my windshield and completely replaced the entire windshield in about 45 mins right there in front of me. Not only did they have quick and excellent service, they were also priced well! I will be using them again in the future as well as recommending them to friends and family.

Had a tree fall on my Honda Civic Hatchback. Not only was work done quick and in my driveway but they also fixed my re defroster.

Had our windshield replaced in our SUV last summer. This winter the top of the windshield started to leak so we ask Blake and Rachel to come out and reseal it and they did but it didn't work. Come to find out they had a 1/2 inch gap between the windshield and sealant. Our SUV was out in a storm one day and the leak completely shorted out the radio/cd/ac-heating panel on the dash of the car. They're website states lifetime guarantee and when I called to tell Blake Reeder about it he yelled at on the phone and said there isn't anything more I can do. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I had to pay over $700 to get my car fixed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Usually I prefer large companies to work on my cars, but I was pleasantly surprised when my insurance company sent me to these guys. They not only were out the same day, waved my deductible, and cleaned my interior, but also filled a crack I had in the back window as opposed to making me replace that as well. I would give A+++ across the board. I hope I never need a new windshield again, but if I do I will definately contact the glassman.

A+++ My back glass was taken out by a branch and I drive a hatchback, so this was a real pain. Blake had it done in about 30 minutes, and I was back on my way.

I was pleasantly surprised that the owners of this business came to my home before I had to leave for work when it was still dark outside to make sure I had a side window before the rain began. I have a 2004 Honda Civic, and they had me totally done within 30 minutes, and even helped with the majority of my deductible.

i liked that the owners of the business installed my glass. they had the best price and couldn't beat the service.
