Provided by SuperpagesMy appointment was scheduled at 4:20pm. However, I decided to take my car to be maintained at 11:50am because I had evening events at the seminary that day and I was sure I was not going to have my car within an hour. I was very surprised and happy to see they accepted my car even a few hours before my actual appointment time. I left at 4:15pm. The amenities and good wifi made the wait worthwhile. On a side note, Mr. Walter Simmons is an amazing advisor! I really enjoyed his patience, professionalism, and personality. I have been coming to this dealership for a few years now and I notice he was new to the company. This company is tremendously blessed by having this amazing person! He deserves a raise, in my opinion. He is very knowledgeable, understanding, and respectful.

Provided by SuperpagesCame in for a walk in oil change and tire rotation for the first required service. Was helped immediately. My car was taken in within 15 min. Wait time was just under 2 hours.

Sarah was very professional and simply amazing, she took very good care of me and the kia team took very good care of my car! I enjoyed the light refreshments in the lobby as you wait! I also appreciated and enjoyed the shuttle service provided by Steve! Steve was also very professional and opened the door for me. I would definitely recommend for others to go to kia of downtown LA! The only thing, and this is extremely small is that I had my car detailed and there was like dust and dirt near the emergency break and my seat belt click thing lol , but other then that! I give 9 out of 10 starz lol if I could!! Thank you!
Let's face it,car buying isn't anyone's favorite thing to do. But when we as a buyers come prepared, do our research,we can then contribute to making the experience more enjoyable.
Ashley was my contact she went above and beyond in answering my questions.She and Dan came listened to me gave options, Dan even schooled me on how it works. Never once did they dismiss me. Let me think. in the end I got the car I wanted. price & percentage to my liking. signed papers with Jason. He was helpful & quick. Even suggested where to get great insurance . They all were "Ritz Carlton " caliber! I was greeted with a smile,offered coffee and had a fond farewell.
I had a bit of buyer scare the next day. Text Ashley. She answered my concerns at least 3 times. Showed me how we came to the end results. Talked me off the ledge.
I am happy with my Kia Soul. I am beyond happy and grateful to Ashley,Dan and Jason for making it a fantastic,educational experience. I will definitely send people to you.
Khallil was very helpful and suggested service needed for my vehicle. Leslie is so friendly, smiling and managing the vehicles entering. Shuttle service offered to waiting customer. Cashier was helpful in letting me know how I could arrange shuttle. Friendly wait area with snacks. Overall I enjoy coming to kia of dtla for service.
