A horrible place when it comes to customer service.Sigla furniture refused to fix unmatching furniture when they even admitted that they made a mistake. They were only willing to fix the cushions because it was inexpensive. They flat out refused to fix the unmatching material on the sofa body under the seat cushion. This was after it took them almost 4 months to complete our order, raising the price $400, and calling us three weeks prior to receiving the above mentioned merchandise, advising the items were ready for pickup when they were in fact not ready. They're comment regarding the unmatching furniture was "well, it's close enough." They also want me to drve approximately 80 miles (one way/ 160 miles round trip) to drop off the cushions for them to fix. And again make that trip 2 days later for pickup
