We crafted the legislation for the Kentucky acupuncture law. We are on the advisory committee to the Kentucky Medical Licensure Board. Jeffrey Russell is exceptionally trained, board-certified practitioners of classical acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine.

        Thorough, professional and effective

        Jeffrey provides a level of care in the chinese medical paradigm unmatched by most other Acupuncturists I have been to.

        Having lived in California and New York and received acupuncture there as well, I can say that Jeffrey's work at Bluegrass Chinese Medicine is easily comparable or in most instances even better given the level of care and attention.

        Highly recommended for any health condition.
