Physcians Primary Care

A little bit of history, I used to go to Blakenbaker Primary care. They moved to this dupount location all and all and took this name of physicians primary care. Ever since they moved and changed their name everything went downhill. They have high turnover, with 90%of their original doctors and staff gone. I used to be able to walk in and immediately feel like family. However now the setting and treatment is as if they were an understaffed, underpaid, train wreck of a hospital. You can wait over two hours before your even taken back to a room to then wait some more. Only to be seen for 5 mins. maybe. You are sometimes going to be skipped, or forgotten about. You will here out loud the front desk staff complain about their job, their patients, or even discuss private information. The girl with the long red braided hair is often rude and unprofessional. They can take up to 6 months to get your records. The doctors dont listen to you anymore. They try and make money by racking up all sort of test hear and there. You cant get refils unless your seen by a doctor, even if you were just there. They usually wont return your phone call. The doctors wont listen to you, and may even not cover what you went in for. They may even skip examining you and just prescribe something to get you on your way. They wont remember you when you come back for a follow up. The nurses mess up drawing blood, and processing your blood. They may even forget what to test your blood for. All these things are personal experience over 3 years. Also, from other friends and families. I would not waist your time. I know I'm not anymore.
