Discount Tire

I was at ETD Lyndhurst for the first time and did not have a good experience. Went for battery issue and a clicking noise when driving. I was asked to replace brake pads and rotors to fix the problem. When I came home and checked maintenance records, I realized that I had done multi-point inspection just three months ago from acura dealer and the brakes were perfectly fine. I drive about 10-25 miles in a week. So don't see any reason the brake pads would worn out! Was this service really needed or got cheated? Store guys put lot of pressure and sell services. So beware! I will never recommend a store that sells services that are not required.
Second, I was told the servicing would take about 2 hours but it took more than 5 hours! I was simply waiting there.. if I were initially told correctly then I would have made alternate arrangements.. Third, this ETD center is AAA approved, which means members get 10% discount on servicing..and AAA website clearly mentions that. However, ETD refused to give more than 5% discount.. if that is the case then why hang that big AAA approved board outside? Overall, I am very disappointed and will NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone..

Customer service doesnt exist will never go back again and will make sure to tell everybody not to go there.

This looks like a decent store but I had a bad experience with a cheating store manager. I brought an oil change coupon there and they honored it and give me a free oil change upgrade. In the end, the so called "free upgrade" was the full price. I asked him "what you said free update was not free at all, right?" The guy said "Technically, yes.". Anyway, I learned a lesson there by only paying thirty some buck. I would never go there and recommend no one go there. You never know what a cheating guy will do to your car.
