        Service installed over a year ago. Installer was super! He took the time to explain, demonstrate, and watch me work the system until I was comfortable with it. They readily worked out issues I had regarding Hurricane Sandy at no charge. I later had security cameras installed. Again, I needed extra time to learn the equipment and software, and to get the iPhone application mastered. They were with me the whole way. There is always a cheerful and helpful person ready to assist when you call.
