        Overall
        Slow.

        My package has been in "label created" mode for THREE DAYS! Yet it's supposed to arrive today and I live in WI. They don't seem very friendly over the phone and didn't even answer my overall question... Just told me to go online. If I could avoid this office all together I would; but unfortunately it happens to be where my package was sent through. Hope they improve in the future!
