Joseph cleaned my carpet on June 28. Joseph said he did not feel good. I'd been told on the phone when I called that the cost would be $72 for the LR. Joseph attempted to charge me $140! We finally settled at $108 as I just wanted him out of my house. He had the check made payable to him. Then on the memo line had me write: Charlotte Carpet Cleaning. My carpet is not clean. It took me a while to find the name of this company as it was not Charlotte Carpet Cleaning.Discount Carpet Cleaning owes me a clean carpet or a refund. I do not want Joseph in my home again. He was grouchy and arrogant.

This company is very cool. They were very professional and friendly. The service was very professional and they were affordable. The price was very reasonable compared to other companies in the area. Recommended by me, for sure.

I called Discount Carpet Cleaning over to clean out my air ducts a few days ago and they did a really nice job for me. I have severe allergies and my friend said she got her air ducts cleaned and it helped her a lot, so I decided to do the same. I found Discount Carpet Cleaning online and they came right over. I was so surprised at how much stuff there is in the air ducts and all that comes out with heating or air conditioning and gets in the air. My allergies have not been so bad, and the home smells cleaner. You need to have air ducts cleaned every 6 months or so, and I will be using Discount Carpet Cleaning. Thanks again.

Super service at Discount Carpet Cleaning. They gave me an excellent price and did an amazing job. I had high traffic areas in my home and they were able to get all the spots off my carpet. My wife and I had a little boy about six months ago and we live in an older home. Our carpets were in good condition but they were in need of a cleaning so we could feel comfortable about putting the baby and toys on the floor. The guy just left my house and my carpets look new.We are so pleased with the service and the customer service!
