No stars for Pries

Dr. Pries is a grievous disappointment to me. Very big mistake. In Nov, 2015 Dr. Pries put in 3 new crowns which he said I needed. After the placement I apparently developed a root canal failure resulting in extreme pain and horrific swelling. When I initially went to Dr. Pries, he sent me off saying I "might "need a root canal and take ibuprofen for a few days. He did very minimal checking. While Dr. Pries technically did nothing wrong as in malpractice, his whole take on this issue was very dreadful and unprofessional. Fortunately I knew the dental experts to go to to resolve this (very expensive and painful) problem.

No way will Dr. Pries come near my mouth with his shaky hands.



The front office has very poor deportment and the whole accounting "system" is questionable based on billing history, very important to scrutinize bills.



The hygienists from the previous practice are fine and Dr. Kantner has a fine reputation. Please stay away from Dr. Pries.
