I have never had a bad experience here. The food is excellent. Try the Filet Mignon of course. Bruschetta is amazing. Small but well designed menu and a great wine selection. The atmoshpere is wonderful. It's become one of my favorite places in the area.

Food was great if you can handle getting treated horribly AND paying a tip, too.

I ordered two salads..one to go with dressing on it and one with dressing on the side to eat-in. They both arrived but they had been switched. I tried calling him several times and the server was already pitching a fit over my simple request and insisted he was too busy. I was simply asking for a plate so that I may switch them myself. He madly ordered me to eat what was in the to-go container and threw the one that was in the plate into another to-go container. He did not speak to me for the remainder of the lunch. I had been very pleasant with him and did not deserve to be treated that way.I work for a very big office right in the neighborhood and will never bring anyone with me or recommend UVA 69 to anyone anymore.Conveniently enough, I suppose they think they can treat their customers that way because the gratuity is added to everyone's check.A major dissapointment in a hopeful "upper eastside".
