Cool place. Peaceful and quiet. Got a good night's sleep. Clean room and bathroom. Good wifi. Updated and new. Price was good.

Nice mom and pop motel still active on the Old 395 HWY having a room detail and cleanliness like I get when I visit my parents' house. Great place to stop by and take pictures.

Well, this is a well kept, small motel on the historic 395 road with nostalgia to the 1950s. (Think route 66). The carpet in my room was fancy and the bed was more of what you would expect in a home. I stayed two nights and can say that it was very quiet and peaceful. No bad elements. I paid $70/night for a deluxe room. I guess you get what you pay for: I initially stayed at the chain motel around the corner at $60/night in an apparently more developed area, but I definitely prefer this one and would stay again. The manager also is nice and speaks English.
