        PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BOOK YOUR STAY WITH THIS HOTEL!!! I booked a stay with Hotel M Mount Pocono and was told that I had up to 48 hrs to the date of check in to cancel my rooms,! Due to schedule changes I had called 2 weeks prior to my scheduled check in date to cancel the rooms, I spoke with the manager syed who assured my that both my rooms were cancelled, told me I had nothing to worry about and no confirmation was needed. On the day of check in I saw that the charged me for the rooms and when I called back and spoke to the manager he told me there was no record of my cancellations and then changed his story and said he only has a cancellation for one room. Which I find particularly hilarious since he was the one I spoke to to cancel my rooms. He told me that the best he can do for me is book me for a future reservation and give me a 20% discount. I would NEVER EVER STAY THERE, I will be calling the better business bureau and have this hotel and their manger
