I had the Bethesda shop over to repair the gasket on my windshield at my home, and when the man came he realized that the glass needed to be reset in the correct

position since it was done wrong (not by ABC) before. He removed the glass with impressive skill, and reset it. I had to get on with my work, and so paid him and asked that he inform me when he was done. However he just left. I went out later and found shards of old gasket all over the seat of the car and on the ground. A piece of the gasket popped off when the passenger door was shut. The windshield wipers were not put on correctly. A piece of internal trim had been broken off such that it would not snap into place again. I spent an hour cleaning up the mess, and reinstalling both wipers, and figuring a way to reinstall the trim. I was not sure how to fix the bad spot on the gasket. He did not leave me a card nor a receipt as I asked.

I called to complain, and was told I got a good price, and that nothing would be done.
