Spring preventive maintenance and coil cleaning. We offer a full 20 point test and inspection that reveals any potential failures before the heating season. This test and inspection can reveal if your system is properly charged or possibly leaking refrigerant. The standard refrigerant R-22 is being phased out, dealer/contractor prices for a 30lb jug is over $500 and climbing.
