Carl's Cab Service

first off carl's cab is not located in dunkirk as listed it is actually in annapolis. secondly after calling for a ride for some guests i was told that "it was very late, and that he had already made three runs and was very tired". my question, why are you open this late if you don't want to take fares? thirdly he was very unprofessional and rude on the phone and quoted a ridiculous rate just so we wouldn't want his services. so in summation don't use this cab service, he doesn't want your business.
