Fast Lane Towing

Worst towing company in the world. Drivers are reckless and most driving on a suspended license. How can a company have a driver towing cars with a suspended license. Several driving and speeding violations. Some drivers take pictures to make it seem like your over the line. My friend happens to know a driver and he is shady. He moved just because of this company. Mr. N. Mason your a terrible driver. Company needs to do better.

On 02/07/2019 I was walking out of my apartment complex building, as I walked out of the my apartment complex building I seen the tow trucking backing up towards my car, so I ran over to the tow truck saying that's my car. It is around 4:55 ish in the morning. The driving had his window down I ask him can he drop it. He stated "nah I can't" I said to him what you mean you cant and he proceeded to drive off.
So mind you I use to work for Henrys Wrecker Service about two and a half years ago so I know all about the towing game, I was a dispatcher for them. So if you see a tow truck and your car is hooked up on the back, and u asking them to drop it they are to suppose to drop it by law. Fast lane towing stated that they don't do drop fees, which is a lie.
My vehicle was towed because it was displaying expired tags. Ok I get that. Temp tags to be exact. Maryland law states that if you have expired tags on a private property the tow truck company has to sticker that vehicle for 48 hours to notify the owner of the vehicle. I been living at this apartment complex since July 2018 and I have never see a bright colored sticker on my vehicle. Mind you my tags has been expired since August of 2018. To my knowledge my vehicle has never been towed from this apartment complex.
I spoke with the owner PATRICK JOHNSON of fast lane towing and I ask him why didn't the driver sticker my vehicle before towing it. He said it was sticker I told him my vehicle was never stickered. He said they have pictures, I told him I would like to see those pictures. So finally after a day I seen the pictures. They place the sticker on my front windshield above my parking permit, that's what I can see in the photos. Those stickers stick really good on your window and in order for you to remove the sticker you would need a blade to take the sticker off.
So what this driver did was place the sticker half way on my window took a picture of it and then when he was done he took it off so that I could not see or be notified of my vehicle is subject to being towed within 48 hours because of displaying expired tags.
On the pictures their is no close up to show what day and time my vehicle was being stickered.
I have the pictures where my vehicle the stickered and when my vehicle was towed.
I know for a fact that this driver allegedly fake stickered. I pay close attention to everything and what I mean by say that is, I park my car in the same exact spot every day and the car I park next to park their car next to mines every day. When the fake stickered my car, the car that usually park next to minds was parked right directly in front of mines and this was the day before my car got towed, and that is what I see in the pictures.
So my car wasn't allegedly faked stickered for 48 hours.
So guys I just ask that if you live in a community that has towing please be aware of these things that drivers do. If you have a hung parking permit or handicap placard these are so desperately for quick money that they will do anything to tow vehicle, tow will break into your vehicle and take your hung parking permit or handicap placard and will either remove it entirely from your vehicle or place it on the floors. So just be aware and yes I'm definitely will be taking these dishonest company to court. It's called show caused hearing.

No stars really. My advice if you live in an area that uses this tow company get a motion detected dash cam so you can see when they illegally enter your car to flip around your parking permit. Just had mine installed recommended by a police officer. Shameful. But anything for a piece of change I guess.

Well, let's see - my truck was towed from our complex on 15 July 2018. I paid $175 to retrieve the truck. I drove it and parked it for a few days. Now, tonight I learned that the SHIFT LINKAGE CABLE WAS NOT CONNECTED PROPERLY AND COULD HAVE CAUSED ME TO HAVE A VERY BAD ACCIDENT. I was very lucky that I did not drive it a long distance. By this cable not being connected properly, damage was caused to the truck and now I have to get it FIXED BY A LICENSED AND CERTIFIED MECHANIC. LOOKS LIKE I WILL PROBABLY HAVE TO SUE THIS COMPANY.

They Literally just came and towed my truck, bumping it on the ground not being careful at all with my vehicle!!!! I called 2 mins after they pulled off the lady on the phone said I can pay with my card and he just left the parking lot he was at the gas station I can walk there and pick my truck up. I get to the gas station and hes asking for cash I dont have cash so he took my car to their lot . Now I have to go to the lot to pay and get my car. Let me not forget to mention they still were charging me $175 to receive my truck back even though they were literally 2mins away from my house with my vehicle. The parking spot I was in didnt say reserved or anything and I had a parking pass!!

These have to be the best stories I have read yet! I'm sure you all contacted the police about this. These are some serious accusations.

This towing company illegally towed my truck by putting a dark liquid on my windshield to hid my parking permit, then take a camera picture to deceive the viewer into believing that there was not a parking permit in my truck! I go pick up my truck a few days later....the Owner attempts to sell me some drugs after I peel off $175 towing fee and $25 taxi ride. And this company is STILL in business...surprised someone hasn't taken care of this illegal business.

FASTLANE TOWING COMPANY ILLEGALLY TOWED MY VEHICLE. ONCE, I WENT TO PICK IT UP...I NOTICED THAT MY NEW TIRES HAD BEEN REPLACED WITH RETREADS. MY WALLET AND WATCH HAD BEEN STOLEN FROM INSIDE OF MY VEHICLE. UNBELIEVEABLE.....

These tow people are the WORST!! They towed my car and my friend's car the same night. He has an SUV and instead of using a flat bed, which is how an SUV is supposed to be towed, they broke into his truck, tied the seatbelt around his steering wheel just so they could tow it..After paying $175 each, as I was about to drive out of the lot, my friend noticed I had damage to my car. Of course, they denied the damage, but I made the guy put it writing that they would pay for the damages once they were assessed. It's been over a week and they keep giving me the run around. I was told to stop by today (and many other days) to pick up the money and once he saw me, he locked up his shop and left!!!!! Leaving customers, people who needed their cars out, abandoned! After the customers called and called, he finally answered, responding with he had an emergency and had to "change a tire" and would return in ten minutes. 45 min never returned. I was advised by cops to sue.
