This was the worse experience EVER!
This business was recommended to me by another repair company in Albuquerque, because they were on vacation. I needed my microwave checked, the repair guy never set foot in my house! He left and the next thing I know is the Sheriff's department came onto my property and handcuffed myself, my husband and my 86 year old father! HE had the NERVE to make up LIES about us and cause a big scene in a neighborhood where I have been a business owner and lived (still do) in for 20 years! When I called them to ask what happened the "wife" stated they were good Christian people and the problem was with us not them. We never even spoke to the man! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I would not think "real" Christian or HONEST people would act this way.
DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Provided by SuperpagesI use this company regularly for both my home and work appliances - they are great! They are prompt, trustworthy and reasonably priced. They will actually advise you if your appliance is worth fixing or if you should replace it, rather than taking your $$ for an expensive repair. I highly recommend Ole's.
Made an appointment with them to do work at my house. They never showed up, never returned my calls. Had used them twice before and found them to be costly. Now I know them to be untrustworthy and unreliable. Never again. Wish there was a way to give them no stars.
I have used this company for many years, both at home and business. They are friendly, knowledgable. They will also advise you if an appliance is/is not worth repairing. I appreciate their honesty.

Provided by SuperpagesBest repair company ever...... On time fantastic service. As to the previous reviews I think you have this company confused with someone else. My appliances are always repaired correctly the FIRST time. I have been using them for over 12 years and wouldnt trust anyone else with my appliances.

I have used this company for many years and I can tell you that have NEVER let me down in any way, shape or form. Very nice and professional. Very polite, clean, and a pleasure to deal with. This is the only company that I will ever use.

After they had my cash they basically told me to go take a hike. I would give them zero stars. On the BBB's website they are listed as F= We strongly question the company?s reliability for reasons such as that they have failed to respond to complaints, their advertising is grossly misleading, they are not in compliance with the law?s licensing or registration requirements, their complaints contain especially serious allegations, or the company?s industry is known for its fraudulent business practices. Provided by SuperpagesIf there was a "zero" star category - this company would deserve it. After dealing with them for almost three months I wrote to Whirlpool headquarters for help. They did call another repair company for me and within one week (not twelve!) the problems are being solved.
I had an awful experience with this company and if you look at their better business bureau report you will see I'm not the only one!
