Noah's Ark Boarding & Grooming

We were in a unique situation where we needed to board our dogs the night before our wedding. They were walking down the aisle with us, but none of our hotels were pet friendly. We stumbled across Noah's Ark by chance while driving around Gruene and stopped in to ask about rates etc. I had never boarded my dogs before and it did make me a little nervous. As I was leaving one of their regulars stopped me and told me what great care they always gave to their dogs, which put my mind at ease. They were very friendly, incredibly reasonable rates, and our puppies came back just as happy as when they'd gone in. Would happily recommend this boarding place for anyone wanting to cruise around Gruene without worrying about their furry friends. :)

I am new to town and was looking for a new groomer. I took my dog to Noah's Art and I was so impressed with the grooming and the price was great! I have found my new groomer. :)

I highly recommend this place. I have been taking my dog here several times and they have done a fabulous job on my dog. The owner is so sweet and has a kind heart. All the employees there are very very nice and they do a amazing job. I am so glad to have found this place.

If your looking for a groomer make sure and do your research. I have been looking for a good groomer since living in town and decided to try here. I had no issues prior but recently decided to not have my pooch return. I dropped him off for a simple summer shave. I was never informed when he was ready until I called and asked hours later, after bringing him home I noticed he had a cut on his belly and numerous on other sensitive areas. I was outraged that they did not inform me and the condition he was giving to me with these sore cuts. I called and my calls went ignored. I then drove back up and discussed my issues and concerns, convientntly enough the groomer was no longer there. It was not until numerous messages and a week later the owner got in touch with me. Apologizing and offering to credit me with another shave! Or my money back. Also admitting using dull clippers, it was not until I decided I wanted my refund back and would not be returning that they tried to go back on their word and say the clippers were sharp not dull. Not to mention when I got my 15 pound dog home he drank and drank and drank which made me question if he had any water. Aside from the dull clippers and cuts on my dog the shave came out good. But if your dog is mans best friend I recommend to really get to know your groomer.
