Paradise Fun Center

Went there today during what is supposed to there businesses hours (1pm teybopen on Sundays I saw on Facebook page and when I called their number it said the same), so drove there for nothing. Also I wanted to use my group on before it expires and couldnt even do that because they weren't open when they said they were supposed to be! Will be contacting group on because this is BS I bought it for a reason and can't even go!

I had an issue where a machine "ate" $1 of my child's money. When I approached the counter to ask about it, they stated that there are no refunds and that's why it's posted on the games. I then asked who owns the machines so I could report it, I was advised that the owner of Paradise owns them... So essentially they are willing to steal from their customers.... If a machine takes your money and they will not refund it knowing the owner has the keys to the gaming machines that is theft... Now moving on- the games are all very outdated and as stated above they don't even work, they stole my child's money. The staff there are very young and slow at what they do.. My opinion.... Way over priced for for what you get in return. Consider taking a little longer of a drive and go into San Antonio for some fun.
