        Our technician was super nice and came on time. He helped us not only with our fridge but also looked at our washing machine while he was here.

        We had a great experience! Logan was the technician who came to our house. He was on time, courteous and polite. I was at work, so he dealt with my wife. He even called before he arrived to make sure she would be there. We were charged a small check out fee and then just a few bucks for the parts. Since we don't know the first thing about refrigerators/freezers, he could have totally taken advantage of us....but didn't. Hats off to Logan and Mr. B's!!! Thank you!

        They helped us over the phone with a problem that they could have sent someone out for a service call. An inexpensive part was all we needed. Very honest and helpful- probably why they've been around awhile.
