I have stayed at Residence Inn locations several times. I have been at this location before for an extended stay. This time I was very disappointed. When attempting to use b the to call the front desk for additional linen, the phone was dead. No one came until the next day to make a repair. I attempted to cook and found that all of the standard cook wear was not available, I didn't have a skillet (prying pan). I took over a hour to receive a pan. Then make kitchen sink backed up, so the waste and water was not draining, nor was the dishwasher. Then when I went to use the guest laundry room, I found its n Iw a fee for detergent and the use of the machines, I was told it's no longer included in the stay. I also realized that the social meal that was offered Monday thru Wednesday night was cut back to every other week. Wow over $161.00 per night snd this is the service and amenities? I need to rethink my next visit
