Horrific...would not recommend to anyone. I shattered my sliding glass door shoveling after all the snow. Royal said they would be out on Monday...I called at 4pm to see what the outcome was and found out when I called that they had decided to stop servicing my area which was Bel Air. No ONE called and canceled or let me know that they would not be arriving. I then had to find someone else who turns out to be wonderful.. He is reasonable, polite, and ready to get the job done. The woman on the phone said I told them they should let the customers know but they did not...I was livid. No one should use this company...not trustworthy. Valerie
