Run from this company, My son ...

Run from this company, My son had a special needs trike from Advanced so when he needed replacement parts we had to use the same company where we got the trike. What a nightmare, I had a hard time getting anyone to return my calls to set up an appointment to have someone come out and look at his bike to get the parts to be ordered, the people are rude, non professionals with attitudes and the customer is always wrong.when finally getting a hold of someone I was told and swore up and down that I never got the trike from this company, for a yr I battled with this company over his trike. Finally in March 2012 the company admits we did get the trike from this company and 3 weeks later sends someone out to look at his special needs trike. The end of April 2012 the parts where ordered , I called Advanced in June to see if the parts came in yet and was told they did on the 4th of June , I was told someone would contact me to my an appointment to bring them out to our home and install them, That never happen no one called or came out, so I called back on the 12th of June to be told from another lady that the parts just came in on the 11th . When I asked her why was I told that the parts came in on the 4th of June she said that apparently someone made a mistake, On the 21st of June the parts where finally brought to my home and installed, When I asked the Tech what date the parts came in on , he said and showed me clearly on the ticket and marked on the box that the parts came in on May 28th. When I called back to find out why I was lied to I was rudely hung up on, then was giving many excuses, A one star is way to good for this company if I could give them a minus 5 I would. never ever use this company if you don't have to.

technicians very abrupt, wait time for repairs is very long. Once seating specialist is done with the seating they don't want anything to do with you until its time for a new chair then want to be your best budy, they are exceptionally snobby. They know there are few places to go to so they will treat you like youre value is $.01 if that....
